About The Programme
We know for a FACT that there are a lot of great ideas out there, we may have heard some of them over time. Lion's Den will give you the opportunity to TRANSFORM YOUR IDEA into a PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTABLE SOLUTION that will benefit both you and the organization. We want to LISTEN to your GREAT SOLUTIONS. We look forward to it. "less talk, MORE ACTION" means if you know of a problem, don't just leave it there, create a team, FIND A SOLUTION, make it great, and enjoy a great reward after all that hard work.
Season 1 Timeline

Season 1 is officially here, go ahead and create your teams, identify your prey, remember you can SUGGEST YOUR OWN, review the rubric and training material. We look forward to your awesome proposals.
You will have 2 months to prepare your proposals and presentations. Remember to check the RUBRIC and submit before the deadline
The panel will review all submitted proposals. The best 6 will get the opportunity to do a private presentation.
After hearing the best 6 proposals, the panel will select the best 3. These winning attacks will be presented to staff.
Sadly, we will have to bring the season to a close, after all that hard work, the winning teams will get to ENJOY THEIR REWARDS and see their plans move from paper to REALITY.

The Lion's Den
Lion's Den will ENGAGE staff at all levels to SOLVE PROBLEMS and IMPROVE PERFORMANCE in a TRANS-FORMATIVE WAY. This program will tap CREATIVE THINKING throughout the company with a FUN, competitive initiative with RECOGNITION and REWARDS for FRESH, IMPLEMENTABLE SOLUTION's to challenges faced by the organization.
Meet "The Pride"
The Pride will review your ATTACK based on the RUBRIC, and select the best 6 attacks. Winning attack(s) will be implemented, and you have the option of "joining the Pride", and be apart of EXECUTING THE ATTACK.
